We are not always given a manual of how to handle the various curveballs life throws at us and I don't feel like we should have to journey through this alone. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, a cancer diagnosis in the family, a negative unexpected incident, or life transition. For some, it is struggling with fear, anxiety, depression, or something that makes you start to ask the big questions. Whatever it may be, I desire to walk alongside, helping clients process, come to resolution, or derive meaning.
